PURCHASE, INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT/MAINTENANCE OF 17 IN-CAR DIGITAL VIDEO SYSTEMS
FOR THE SHERIFFS OFFICE PATROL VEHICLES AND VIDEO MANAGEMENT SOLUTION
SEALED BID PROPOSAL NO. 16-19 The County of Amador is seeking sealed bid proposals for the furnishing of all labor, tax, bonds, insurance, permits, premiums, shipping, transportation, services, maintenance, disposal, equipment, materials, and appurtenant facilities for the installation and purchase of 17 In-Car Digital Video Systems for use by the Sheriff’s Office for routine and emergency operations within the patrol vehicles, along with a video management and maintenance solution. Bid proposals must also include the cost to remove the existing WatchGuard DV-1 systems from the vehicles prior to the new installation. Sealed bid proposals will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail, at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; or delivered in person, U.P.S., Federal Express, or by any other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; until 1:30 P.M., Thursday, March 2, 2017, at which time proposals will be opened and read publicly in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX), and E-Mail bid proposals will not be considered. Bid proposals received late will be rejected and returned unopened.
