MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ACT
INNOVATION PROJECT COORDINATION 


 The County of Amador Behavioral Health Services (ACBHS) is accepting proposals for the coordination of the county’s Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Innovation Projects. The providers chosen to implement these Innovation Projects should work to reduce the stigma of seeking mental health services. Programs should address solutions to coping with the emotional and behavioral problems for those in Amador County who are experiencing stress and may be at risk of serious mental illness. Coordination should include the collaboration with other county agencies to provide integrated support for individuals and families in the community.

Interested responders may acquire a Request for Proposals (RFP) package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA.

Sealed RFP’s will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, December 5, 2013, at which time sealed RFP’s will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. RFP’s received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail proposals will not be considered.
