The General Services Administration (GSA) Director is Jon Hopkins who is appointed by the Board of Supervisors. GSA includes the following divisions and departments within those divisions:

The purchasing process is the acquisition, accountability, and disbursement of County equipment, supplies and services.
Central stores is an inventory of commonly used goods necessary for the day to day operation of all County departments.
Warehousing is comprised of a 15,000 square foot warehouse used for storage surplus County property and other items.
The Motor Pool is responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of County vehicles, and rental of those vehicles to County departments.
Mail consists of a central mailing service which picks up, sorts, and delivers all interdepartmental supplies, correspondence, US Mail, and parcels.
Facilities Maintenance is responsible for maintaining all County buildings and grounds.
Capital Projects are those planned and unforeseen construction projects including new construction and remodeling of County buildings and grounds.
Property Management oversees and negotiates the sale, lease, and acquisition of real property.
Special Programs include coordination of the ADA Transition Plan, energy monitoring and management, and proper handling of environmental materials and issues relating to County facilities.
