COUNTY OF AMADOR 

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 13-20 

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM

 

INTRODUCTION

 

The Amador County General Services Administration requests proposals from qualified Consultants to prepare proposals and carryout CDBG programs and projects.  It is anticipated that multiple firms may be selected to perform all services related CDBG projects in collaboration with Amador County. 

 

          Interested responders may acquire a Request for Proposals (RFP) package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA or downloaded from Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca

 

Sealed RFP’s will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, January 2, 2014, at which time sealed RFP’s will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. RFP’s received late, will be rejected and returned unopened.  Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail proposals will not be considered.

 

Consultant shall provide all services under this Agreement without discrimination, and shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment, on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, or sexual orientation.  Consultant will comply with Section 1735 of the Labor Code and all provisions of Executive Order No. 10925 of March 6, 1961, as amended, and all rules, regulations and relevant orders of the President’s Committee on Equal Opportunity created thereby.  Contractor shall also comply with the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (Government Code, Section 12900 and following).
