IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM (ILP)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Amador County Social Services Department requests proposals from qualified proposers to develop and implement the Independent Living Program (ILP). The ILP program purpose is to provide training, services and programs to assist current and former Juvenile Probation and Child Welfare foster youth to achieve self-sufficiency prior to and after leaving the foster care system. Services include individualized assessments and service planning based upon the needs, strengths and goals of the individual.
Qualified responders may acquire a proposal package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA or downloaded from Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca
Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, June 19, 2014, at which time sealed proposals will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Proposals received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail proposals will not be considered.
