COUNTY OF AMADOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 14-25 Contract Services for Outreach and Engagement Components: Aggression Replacement Therapy (ART) Program 180° You-Turn Program PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Amador County Probation Department requests proposals from qualified consultants to prepare and conduct Outreach and Engagement Services for two (2) programs (Aggression Replacement Therapy and 180º You-Turn Programs), funded under the Youthful Offender Block Grant (YOBG). One and/or multiple firms may be selected to perform any and/or all components related to the development and subsequent implementation of these two (2) programs in collaboration with Amador County Probation Department. Qualified responders may acquire a proposal package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA, telephone (209) 223-6375 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday; or downloaded from Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca. Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, August 28, 2014, at which time sealed proposals will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Proposals received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail proposals will not be considered.
