STATE ROUTE 88 / PINE GROVE CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The County of Amador Department of Transportation and Public Works (County) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Professional Engineering Services for the preparation, execution, and completion of work outlined in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The selected Consultant will provide various services to assist the County with right-of-way activities for the modification of State Route 88 through the town of Pine Grove. The general scope of services will include development of a right-of-way strategy for acquisition, preservation, & temporary construction easements needed for the proposed improvements in support of PA&ED and right-of-way project management, appraisals and acquisitions.

The DBE Contract goal is 0 percent.

The County of Amador affirms that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit SOQs in response to this invitation.

Sealed SOQs will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, May 14, 2015, at which time sealed SOQs will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. SOQs received late, will be rejected and returned unopened.  Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail SOQs will not be considered.   Bids received late will be rejected and returned unopened.
