PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Amador County Planning Department requests proposals from qualified Consultants/Firms for the collection and review of existing information and data in regards to the Lincoln Mine Project (Project) located north of Sutter Creek, California operated by Sutter Gold Mining Company.  Proposers shall analyze said information and provide their findings and determination of the probability the Project’s construction or mining operations could be the cause of the decrease in spring/seep flows observed and reported by an area landowner. One entity will be selected to perform or subcontract services to complete all services related to Lincoln Mine Mitigation Measure 61.1.1 Monitoring in collaboration with the Amador County Planning Department. 

Qualified Proposers may acquire an RFP 15-10 package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA or downloaded from Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca

Sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2015, at which time sealed proposals will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. RFP’s received late, will be rejected and returned unopened.  Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail proposals will not be considered.
