Amador County Jail Control Panel Replacement  

PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The County of Amador is requesting proposals from qualified firms to upgrade and replace the existing Jail control panel located within the County’s Jail at 700 Court Street, Jackson, California. It is anticipated that one firm will be selected to perform all services from design to complete biddable plans and specifications to upgrade and replace Jail Control Panel systems and appurtenances in collaboration with Amador County General Services and Sheriff’s Department.

Qualified responders may acquire a proposal package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA or downloaded from Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca

A pre-proposal on-site conference will be held at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 700 Court Street, Jackson, California at the Amador County Sheriff’s Office and Detention Facility.

Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, June 9, 2016, at which time sealed proposals will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Proposals received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail proposals will not be considered.
