Tree Mortality Coordinator
PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The County of Amador is seeking to retain the services of a highly qualified Tree Mortality Coordinator (TMC) to assist in mitigating tree mortality within Amador County. It is anticipated that one firm will be selected to perform all services in collaboration with the County.
Due to the projects’ magnitude an initial 3 year contract period with a qualified firm is desired based upon a task related time and materials contract. The tree mortality emergency is anticipated to last approximately 3 years and may continue to grow and last even longer. In addition, multiple public agencies with various multiple funding streams will require coordination, supervision and administrative efforts from the TMC to ensure ministerial functions are followed, minimize threats and maximize the County’s reimbursement opportunities.

Sealed SOQs will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, October 27, 2016, at which time sealed SOQs will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. SOQs received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail SOQs will not be considered.
