CONSULTANT SERVICES TO PERFORM MINE INSPECTION AND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CALIFORNIA SURFACE MINING AND RECLAMATION ACT (SMARA)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The County of Amador is requesting proposals from qualified inspectors to perform annual mine inspections and financial assurance cost estimate reviews in compliance with State and lead agency requirements. It is anticipated that one firm will be selected to perform all services for a 3 year period related to the performance of mine inspections and administration services as required by SMARA and Amador County Codes in collaboration with the Amador County Planning Department.
Qualified Proposers may acquire an RFQ 16-18 package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA or downloaded from Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca
Sealed SOQs will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, November 17, 2016, at which time sealed SOQs will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. SOQs received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail SOQs will not be considered.
