 Jail Expansion Construction Management Services

PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The County of Amador is seeking to retain the services of a highly qualified Construction Manager (CM) to provide CM services for the County’s Jail Expansion Project located in Jackson, CA.  CM Services shall provide or retain qualified sub-consultants to perform all services contemplated and required during pre-construction, construction and post-construction phases including but not limited to, labor compliance, safety compliance, inspections, testing and commissioning.

Qualified Proposers may acquire an RFQ 16-20 package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA or downloaded from Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca                                                                                                                                                                                              Sealed RFQs will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, February 2, 2016, at which time sealed SOQs will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. RFQs received late, will be rejected and returned unopened.  Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail RFQs will not be considered.
