The County of Amador is seeking sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, tax, bonds, insurance, permits, premiums, shipping, transportation, services, disposal, equipment, materials, and appurtenant facilities for making minor siding repairs, removing lead paint and painting the Pine Grove Town Hall.  Qualified bidders may acquire a bid package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA (209) 223-9375 or download from Amador County’s Public Purchase website http://www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca.

 A Mandatory pre-bid on-site conference shall be held at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 19889 State HWY 88, Pine Grove, California.  Meeting location will be at the Pine Grove Town Hall.

 Sealed bids will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail, at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; or delivered in person, U.P.S., Federal Express, or by any other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; until 1:30 P.M., Thursday, May 11, 2017, at which time sealed bids will be opened and read publicly in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX), and E-Mail bids will not be considered. Bids received late will be rejected and returned unopened.
