 Inmate Food Services

 PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

 Amador County is requesting proposals for the provision of furnishing food services (chill, cook, serve process) that meets the California Code of Regulations for inmates incarcerated in the Amador County Jail located at 700 Court Street, Jackson, CA for feeding seven days/week and program support services for a variable population of inmates for a term of five (5) years from July 1, 2016 through July 31, 2021. 

Qualified responders may acquire a proposal package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA telephone (209) 223-6375 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday; or may be downloaded from Public Purchase site at www.publicpurchase.com/amadorco,ca.

 Sealed RFP’s will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, August 11, 2016, at which time sealed RFP’s will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. RFP’s received late, will be rejected and returned unopened.  Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail RFP’s will not be considered.
