BRIDGE HOUSING SETTINGS
PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Amador County Behavioral Health Department is requesting proposals from qualified providers to provide Bridge Housing Setting(s) in Amador County, funded under the Behavioral Health Bridge Housing (BHBH) Program through June 30, 2027.
The primary focus of the BHBH Program is to help people experiencing homelessness who have serious behavioral health conditions that prevent them from accessing help and moving out of homelessness.
The following priorities drive the implementation of the BHBH Program:
• This is a critical need, and the focus is on immediate and sustainable solutions.
• Collaboration will complement ongoing state, county, and tribal efforts to address homelessness.
• BHBH Program settings will provide supportive services and housing navigation to assist people who have serious behavioral health conditions and are experiencing homelessness.
Qualified bidders may acquire a bid package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA, 95654 telephone (209) 223-6375 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday; or downloaded from Public Purchase website at www.publicpurchase.com.
Sealed bids will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by another courier to 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, July 11, 2024, at which time sealed bids will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Bids received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telephone, Facsimile (FAX), and E-Mail bids will not be considered.
