CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN (LHMP) UPDATE
PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The County of Amador is requesting proposals from qualified firms (consultants) and/or individuals wishing to develop/update the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP) for the County’s Office of Emergency Services located in Jackson, California in accordance with the proposal guidelines and contract documents contained herein. The LHMP will qualify the jurisdictions of the County of Amador, Amador City, City of Ione, City of Jackson, City of Plymouth, City of Sutter Creek, and other special districts wanting to participate to receive Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster mitigation grants.
Qualified bidders may acquire a bid package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA, 95654 telephone (209) 223-6375 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday; or downloaded from Public Purchase website at www.publicpurchase.com.
Sealed bids will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by another courier to 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA; 95654, until 1:30 PM, Thursday, August 15, 2024, at which time sealed bids will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Bids received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telephone, Facsimile (FAX), and E-Mail bids will not be considered.
