The Amador County Tax Collector's annual public auction of tax-defaulted properties was held March 11-13, 2024. All lien holders or persons with an ownership interest in any of the properties, will receive a "Claim for Excess Proceeds". Parties have 1-year from the date the deed to the new purchaser was recorded to submit a claim.
