Our Authority to Construct Application fee is $205.92 per application.
Change of Ownership Application – Use this form to transfer ownership or control of active Permits to Operate to a new owner or new operator.
Authority to Construct Forms
This is the process that is used if new equipment is being installed or if old or in place equipment is being changed or modified. We have established several different ‘packages’ to meet your needs. If you have any questions please call us.
Authority to Construct – Gasoline Facilities
Authority to Construct – Mining Operations
Authority to Construct – General Equipment, including but not limited to Paint Spray Booths, mine processing equipment, changes or major modifications,
Authority to Construct – Combustion or Spark Ignition Engines with equal to or greater than 50 brake horsepower powering stationary or portable equipment such as generators, pumps, asphalt grinders and chippers.

Annual Fees Our annual permit fee is $205.92 per permit. We also have fees associated with the following criteria pollutants as defined in our District Rules 600 and 601.

Vapor Recovery Nozzle Fees
Rule 902, contains the provision for charging a fee for vapor recovery nozzles. The vapor recovery nozzle fee shall be $56.78 per nozzle.
